The transport systems of modern cities are developing and moving to a new level – the level of ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems). ITS in the coming years will be one of the key areas of development of the transport infrastructure of megacities and agglomerations.
 

Intelligent transport systems (ITS) – information, communication systems (means) and automation systems in conjunction with transport infrastructure, vehicles and users, ensuring the efficiency of the transport process, increasing its safety, using innovative developments in the modeling of transport systems and traffic flow regulation, providing end users with greater information content, as well as qualitatively increasing the level of interaction of traffic participants compared to conventional transport systems.
